There is a minimum charge of one hour on all work, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments.

* Domestic Gas Safety Certificate our charges of £120.00 (£140.00 for out of hours) are for the first two appliances only followed by £40.00 charge per appliance thereafter.

** For Commercial Boiler Servicing our charges are per appliance up to 150KW only. For larger output appliances price is on application.

*** For Commercial Certification our charges of £200.00 (£240.00 for out of hours) are for the first three appliances only followed by a £45.00 charge per appliance thereafter.

**** Price per property - Gas Safe registered engineer will review the entire central heating system along with all plumbing components and will supply a detailed report on the age and condition of the system. The report will include the boiler, controls, pipe work, valves, all visible supply and waste pipe work and all associated water storage units so that you can have full confidence in your purchase.
